To use the vest, follow these instructions: Take out the USB plug, plug in the Battery Pack, switch on the Battery Pack, and press the switch (logo) for about 3 seconds. The red light flashing indicates the highest heating setting, which is automatic. After 5 minutes, the light will automatically switch to white for medium heat. You can also manually adjust the temperature to three gears: red light for high at 55°C, white for medium at 45°C, and blue for low at 35°C. To stop heating, press the off switch (logo) for 3 seconds until the light goes out.
